Pre-Orders

We are happy to offer some selected products on a PRE-ORDER basis.

• This will allow our customers to secure the products that are currently in transit on their way to New Zealand

• We always provide an estimated shipping date for each pre-order item but please note that this may change as there can be some delays with shipping or customs

• We will send you an email with your tracking number as soon as we ship the items out

• Please note that we do one shipment per order

• We recommend you to place your pre-orders separately and not mix them with items that are in stock (See Shipping policy)
