Fiber Fix Professional Intro Kit

  • The Professional Introductory Kit consists of:
  • 1 x Bond Fixer 70ml
  • 1 x Bond Connector 100ml
  • 1 x Fiber Shampoo 100ml
  • Fiber Fix No. 1 Bond Fixer is a restoring treatment for colouring and bleaching technical services. With a pH of 3,0 - 3,5 Bond Fixer performs the following actions:
  • Protects and restructures hair fibre during technical services (ideal for colouring and lightening)
  • Penetrates the hair during the chemical process
  • Hair looks restored, exceptionally shiny, strong and healthy
  • Does not alter the final colour or lifting
  • Fiber Fix No.2 Bond Connector is a sealing cream for coloured and pre-lightened hair. It completes and stabilises hair after perms and straightening services. With a pH of 3,3-3,7 Bond Connector performs the following actions:
  • Locks in the colour, sealing the cuticles
  • Protects and soothes hair
  • More brilliant, intense and long-lasting colour
  • Fiber Shampoo is Step 3 of the Fiber Fix Treatment used as a multifunctional finalising shampoo for coloured and pre-lightened hair. With a pH of 4,3-4,7, it performs the following actions:
  • Locks in the colour, sealing the cuticles
  • Protects the hair
  • More brilliant
For Best Results
  • Rinse the colour off then apply N.2 Bond Connector to lengths and ends to stabilise the colour and seal the cuticle
  • Massage then comb through
  • Leave for 5 minutes, then rinse with plenty of water
  • Squeeze 40g of colour into a non-metal bowl, add 60g of cream developer and 3.5ml N.1 Bond Fixer (1 scoop = 3.5ml)
  • Mix well with a brush then apply to hair and leave for the normal processing time
  • If the minimum amount of colour indicated is increased, do not increase the amount of N.1 Bond Fixer (it is a set amount for each application)
  • The cream developer’s volume remain the same, follow standard instructions

        • For orders BELOW NZD $60, Non-Rural addresses incur a flat shipping rate of NZD $5.50

        • We deliver to PO Boxes at no additional charge

        • EXPRESS (DHL): NZD $49.00, DHL Australia Express Shipping Tracked option. The indicative transit time is 1-3 business days

          INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

          • International Standard Shipping option for a flat rate of NZD $12.00. The indicative transit time is 6-10 business days. Some countries are Tracked and some are Untracked
          • International Express Shipping Tracked option for a flat rate of NZD $38.00. The indicative transit time is 4-6 business days
          • Please note due to COVID-19 and the reduced international flights, there will be delivery delays with the post services. Due to the drop in capacity and the increase in freight charges, a shipping surcharge will apply to all international orders additional to the standard rate.

          • All New Zealand Non-Rural orders are sent with NZ Post. New Zealand Rural addresses may take longer to deliver
          • For New Zealand Orders, we cannot guarantee Overnight delivery as in some cases, there may be delays with the courier and it may take longer to deliver to your area

          • You will receive an email from us with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped
          • The Signature on delivery option is automatically added on all New Zealand Orders to make sure that you receive your packages safely
          • We deliver to P.O. Boxes at no additional charge
          • If the parcel is returned to us for any reason, we will charge a fee to send it again. Please check that the address is correct as you will be liable for the re-shipping cost of returned parcels
          • Please note that we are not able to replace missing or lost parcels for all Untracked orders. You will not be able to claim on the parcel contents or the shipping cost for all Untracked parcels
          • Please be aware that customs and duty charges are outside of our control and may be charged on international orders. Custom charges and duty charges are the responsibility of the customer.
